먹습니다. 있습니다. 없습니다.
So only ~습니다 is used. Sometimes, "없읍니다" and "있읍니다" are seen because they may be confused with 없음 and 있음 which are correct.
Thus, "없읍니다" and "있읍니다" is wrong. It should be 있습니다 and 없습니다.
